ServiceNow Business Application Developer

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced software developer to participate in the development and implementation of ServiceNow business applications. The successful candidate will be a key member of our engineering team, supporting all software development activities under the direction of the Software Engineer Lead.

The incumbent will work within our agile software development process and have an important impact on the features and services provided. Key responsibilities include working with team members and internal stakeholders to define and document development requirements and scope of new development requests, supporting release of applications through research, technical analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting, designing reports and dashboards, and performing other related duties as outlined by the ServiceNow technical/Workstream lead and Project Manager.

About You : To be successful in this role, we need someone who has passion to learn new technologies, experience with JavaScript and SQL, high energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude, understands web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, exceptional debugging, unit testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, detailed/action-oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust, and ethics.

Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of software development experience, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Trust Clearance, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
