ITSM Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management professional to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of business requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and processes.
• Conceptualize, design, code, and test ServiceNow solutions that deliver new system capabilities, system enhancements, or defects.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to improve the quality and scalability of supported systems and provide recommendations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in IT Service Management.
• Experience working with ServiceNow platforms, including integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloud.
• Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
