Senior ServiceNow Engineer - Large Scale System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing and implementing changes to our ServiceNow environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on additional projects, applications, and systems support in a fast-paced team setting.

About the Role:

• Design, implement changes, and support our ServiceNow environment
• Work in a team environment, deploying and supporting corporate applications
• Collaborate with other departments to drive architectural direction and implement system projects

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow configurations and integrations
• Provide tier 2 support to Operations in a 24x7 on-call environment
• Contribute to the design and deployment of large-scale systems and services

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience with design and development in ServiceNow
• Proven expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Hub
• Strong working knowledge of Network, DNS, and DHCP

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services
• Exposure to Microsoft enterprise solutions including LDAP/Active Directory, DFS, and Group Policy
