• Some of skills required for this role are : ITOM, Service Mapping, Discovery, JavaScript, Webservices, LDAP, Solar Winds, Integrations, Monitoring, Thought Leadership, Best Practices, Strategy, Architecture
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect) will have most of these skills, hence professional with certification is preferred.
