Role: Lead ServiceNow Implementation

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into effective service architecture solutions.
  • Create technical solution designs that meet client requirements.
  • Implement ITSM, ITAM, Service Catalogs, Integration and Foundation Data in ServiceNow.
  • Analyze client environments and develop tailored implementation strategies.
  • Gather requirements for each module through workshops with the client, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Manage teams and conduct daily scrum meetings to review progress and provide technical support, adhering to Agile methodology principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with client goals.
  • Leverage expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and integration to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance team capabilities.
