Role: Lead ServiceNow Implementation
- Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into effective service architecture solutions.
- Create technical solution designs that meet client requirements.
- Implement ITSM, ITAM, Service Catalogs, Integration and Foundation Data in ServiceNow.
- Analyze client environments and develop tailored implementation strategies.
- Gather requirements for each module through workshops with the client, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Manage teams and conduct daily scrum meetings to review progress and provide technical support, adhering to Agile methodology principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with client goals.
- Leverage expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and integration to drive successful project outcomes.
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance team capabilities.
