The ServiceNow Technical Project Manager will lead the strategic development and implementation of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and applications to drive adoption and training initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines, ensuring effective resource planning and management.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to enhance team velocity and quality.
  • Maintaining a big-picture perspective on the ServiceNow product roadmap, identifying opportunities for integration and optimization to drive business value.
  • Communicating technical requirements and emerging solutions to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Partnering with the ServiceNow Solution Architect to identify and document technical requirements, ensuring solution compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, setup, and testing to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Identifying and mitigating technical risks, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions to business operations.
  • Providing guidance and support on ServiceNow product design and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for all ServiceNow issues and problems, resolving incidents efficiently and effectively. ">

Requirements ">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with clients in a consultative manner to solve business problems using technology and data-driven techniques.
  • 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development in an enterprise environment.
  • 3 years of experience in Agile Methodology (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong domain expertise in ServiceNow platform applications, including Strategic Portfolio Management, Hardware and Software Asset Management, Integrated Risk Management, and Performance Analytics.
  • Experience implementing Security Operations (SecOps) functionality in ServiceNow, integrating incident data from security tools into a structured response engine that uses intelligent workflows and automation. ">
