We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join our team. About the Role
This role involves supporting the critical functions for mission clients by developing and maintaining their ServiceNow instance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system engineering and experience working with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing solutions that meet business needs, evaluating existing systems and proposing recommendations for improvement.
Effective communication with technical and managerial staff is crucial to ensure that developed solutions meet requirements. Requirements
- An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is essential.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline is necessary.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration is required.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations is essential.
- Ability to design and develop product and service catalog solutions using ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow automation and integration capabilities is also important. Benefits
