Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow work flows, integrations, and custom applications.
  • Lead development teams, providing guidance to junior developers, and ensuring project success.
  • Identify and resolve complex ServiceNow issues, providing technical support, and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Maintain and update platform documentation, including technical run books and configuration records.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.), development tools, and best practices.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, GlideRecord, API integration, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with Agile development, SDLC, and Release Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework principles and practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications.
  • Recent experience as a ServiceNow Lead / Architect or Security Lead / Architect within ServiceNow.
  • Large enterprise environment experience with ServiceNow Security and audit/regulatory environment expertise.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with identity providers using SAML, OAuth, SCIM, or LDAP.
  • Working with IDM systems and teams.
