Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to drive strategic planning and design specifications for our enterprise platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and undertaking impact analyses on major design options and assessing associated risks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical consultant to development teams and partner with business and IT teams to define long-term architectural vision and roadmaps.
• Documents and develops current-state and future-state architectures, maintaining system designs with each delivery increment.
• Specifies and designs complex platform components/integrations, selecting appropriate design standards, methods, and tools consistent with agreed enterprise policies.
• Lead customer workshops/IPTs to assist in defining/improving architecture standards and guidelines.
• Drive continual service improvement through establishment of best practices, reusable assets, and refinement of implementation processes.
• Evaluate technology innovation, industry standards, architectural trends, and major technical vendors to provide thought leadership in software architecture.
• Work with ServiceNow directly on bugs, upgrades, and new capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to attain DHS EOD.
• BA + 13 years' applicable experience, MA + 10 years' applicable experience, or 19 years' experience.
• Extensive understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool.
• Experience with SIR and CSM.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services.
• Extensive Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows and data mapping with external systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Mgmt. (CSM).
