Job Description
Orion Innovation seeks an experienced Senior Solution Consultant/Architect for ServiceNow customers to design and guide end-to-end solutions for AI leveraging Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Gen AI models integrations and other AI/ML utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of innovative data-driven solutions that leverage automation and integrations with ServiceNow technologies to enable clients to have more effective operations using Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Integration Hub.
- Provide leadership and guidance on program development to transform programs and offerings based on clients' business structures, strategies, and priorities.
- Implement at least one full cycle implementation/activation of one or more of the following Service Now Capabilities: AI Search, “Now Assist”, Virtual Assistant/Agent, Integration Hub.
- Work with ServiceNow in Global Enterprise Technology environments.
- Guide Program Manager/Project Manager from “Thought to Finish,” design & implementation & deployment.
- Assess architecture and solution designs to support objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Have at least 5+ years in Customer and/or ServiceNow Platform roles with a focus on AI and digital transformation leveraging ITSM, ITOM & CSM product suites.
- Deep understanding of AI models and how they operate within the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge on ServiceNow GEN AI OOB models & configuration/integrity.
- Strong track record of working cross-functionally across ServiceNow, Customers, and SI Partners to advise and drive value of ServiceNow AI capabilities and reporting to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in presenting ServiceNow solutions, including strategic Partner programs.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
- Stay current on how GenAI capabilities accelerate transformation on the ServiceNow Platform.
- Invest time to learn the model specifications, differentiators, understand which models are under consideration for testing and use, and how these compare to 3rd party open-source LLMs.
Qualifications:
- Overall, 7-10 years of experience in IT.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience ServiceNow solutions and delivery, service management, and workflow management.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow mid/large-scale programs including 1 year on Virtual Agent and Automations.
- Management consulting experience.
- Certifications: ITIL (Must have) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM /ITOM/CSM (at least 1 product specialists) Micro certification on Virtual Agent/Now Assist Micro certification on Integration Hub.
- Bachelor's degree.
