Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (TS/SCI FS Poly)

We are seeking a skilled developer to expand our ServiceNow practice. About the Role

The successful candidate will help implement new features for complex, mission-critical, enterprise applications that bring data and features together with innovative user experiences. Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet Sponsor mission requirements.
• Maintain a good understanding of the customer's ServiceNow business needs.
• Create and manage workflows, business rules, and scripts.
• Provide ServiceNow integration support with external systems and data sources.
• Configure application User Interface (UI).
• Define data tables, user interfaces and add business logic in the ServiceNow application.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules and configure application UI, workflow, and API.
• Follow an agile software development methodology for planning, implementing, and delivering ServiceNow capabilities.
• Implement the full software development life cycle to support the deployment of custom applications in the ServiceNow platform. Key Requirements
• Active TS/SCI With Fullscope Poly Clearance is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator Certification.
• Experience in creating and designing application tables within ServiceNow platform.
• Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java or developmental language.
• Demonstrated experience using relational databases.
• Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fully capable with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification.
• Customization of the Application UI and workflow.
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow data models, capabilities, and relationships.
• Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.
• Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, estimate the level of effort, develop conceptual designs, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to develop briefing slides.
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools.
• Development of reports according to ongoing customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience formatting, layouts, coordinate complex text and graphics for management briefings.
