Business Systems Specialist - ServiceNow

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist - ServiceNow to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas to reduce implementation efforts and defining detailed stories with acceptance criteria.

About the Role

• Customer Engagement: Participate as a domain expert in customer-facing meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features.
• Documentation: Document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
• Requirements Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and assist the project team in applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design optimal solutions.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow. Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately is also required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow.
• 3 years of experience in business processes and business analysis in a software application environment.
• 3 years of experience designing and developing process workflows, capturing and writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately.
