ServiceNow Portal Specialist

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and improving the performance, security, and scalability of our ServiceNow portal.
• Developing new features and functionality using ServiceNow widget development best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Providing coaching and guidance to junior developers on ServiceNow development best practices.

You will also be expected to:

• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies and trends, and influence the application of those technologies to support the business.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
