About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow ITSM Process Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our ITSM processes are aligned with our business goals and provide accurate and reliable information about our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Collaborate with our IT team to ensure that our ITSM processes are aligned with our business goals.
- Develop and maintain architecture artifacts: process flows, RACI diagrams, governance models, and system integration definitions.
- Provide expertise in ServiceNow customization and development.
