Servicenow Technical Lead Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Servicenow Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and enhancement of Servicenow projects. Your expertise in configuration management database (CMDB) and related modules will ensure that our clients receive high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading Servicenow implementation and enhancement projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Developing and implementing solutions on the Servicenow platform, with a focus on CMDB and related modules.
• Collaborating with offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Managing and overseeing discovery and service mapping activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date CI data.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• At least 9 years of experience in Servicenow development, implementation, and administration.
• Expertise in Servicenow modules: CMDB, ITSM, ITOM (discovery, service mapping).
• Familiarity with integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs, MID server configurations).
