ServiceNow Platform Administrator

About the Position: This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. You will be working closely with our federal government customer to maintain and develop their ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical solutions for ITSM and ITOM applications.
• Maintain and administer the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues.
• Support Organizational Change Management and Continual Service Improvement initiatives.
• Development of standard operating procedures and processes related to ServiceNow. Qualifications: Required:
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 9 years of experience as a Developer or System Administrator.
• Fully adjudicated secret clearance.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Arlington, VA.
• Demonstrate competencies in Development of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM, System Administration for ServiceNow, and Troubleshooting ServiceNow. Desired:
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer, Implementer, or System Administrator certification.
• Scripting language experience.
• Highly organized, structured, process-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Agile Development and ITIL certification.
