Salesforce Architect with ServiceNow Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce architect with expertise in ServiceNow to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.

This role requires strong technical skills in Salesforce platform architecture and customization, as well as in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow configurations and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging best practices and industry standards to meet business objectives.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows, and Apex code as needed.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with ServiceNow and other third-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and configurations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.
