ServiceNow ITAM Specialist

Responsibilities:

This role oversees the development of strategic directions for IT Asset Management (ITAM), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the IT asset portfolio, overseeing compliance with risk, cost, governance, and performance metrics. Main Tasks:

• Establish and enforce data governance principles to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
• Support software license management, software currency management, and compliance initiatives using ServiceNow's Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) functionalities.
• Act as technical lead for ServiceNow platform enhancements, focusing on ITAM modules and integrations.
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Asset Management module to address operational requirements, issue resolution, and reporting needs.
• Oversee customization and optimization efforts across various ServiceNow modules to enhance platform capabilities.
• Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to streamline asset and configuration management processes.
