About the Role
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Coaching Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering expert coaching services to clients, leveraging your extensive experience in ITSM process optimization and ServiceNow implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized coaching programs to help clients achieve their ITSM goals, leveraging ServiceNow as a platform for efficient process management.
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement, develop targeted coaching plans, and implement ITIL v4 best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with client teams to ensure seamless integration of ITSM processes, providing guidance on configuration and optimization of ServiceNow applications. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring clients or teams, with a focus on ITSM process improvement and ServiceNow implementation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving ITSM process excellence and a proven track record of delivering successful coaching services to clients.
