Job Description
As a Senior HRSD System Admin, you will be responsible for the daily administration of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications. This includes performing tasks such as:
- HR Case Management
- HR Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (Portal)
- Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
- Employee Document Management
- Performance Analytics for HR
You will work closely with the HRIT System Administrator and Platform Administrator to assist with ServiceNow patches and coordinate testing and go-live activities.
Responsibilities
Coordinates with HR teams to identify and define business solutions for all HR users Designs, configures, and customizes new HR applications and processes Develops UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows Maintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitors SLA workflows Participates in requirements discussions and provides technical expertise
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow
- 5+ years' experience with HR Service Management and related tools
- Strong understanding of HR systems and their functions
