About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Configuration Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow configurations, ensuring that all systems are properly integrated and functioning smoothly.

As a ServiceNow Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for administering ServiceNow instances, configuring tables and workflows, and ensuring that all configurations meet business requirements.

You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and best practices. A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and configuration principles is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ServiceNow, either as a System Administrator or Configuration Manager, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience.
