SERVICE NOW BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to collaborate with our team and stakeholders. Main Responsibilities:

• Work with ServiceNow Technical Architects/Developers to explain requirements and ensure development meets functional specifications.
• Write process documents, process flows, and Functional Requirements Specification documents.
• Perform feasibility analysis of customer requirements.
• Determine whether requirements result in Configurations or Customizations.
• Suggest Best Practices for Configurations or Customizations.
• Validate/Test functionalities during or after completion of development.
• Maintain interface with business users and key stakeholders, keeping them informed of progression.
• Lead system validation and UAT efforts with clients. About the Role:

This is a fully remote position that requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. Requirements:

• Hands-on experience writing process documents and functional requirements specification documents.
• Strong analytical skills for feasibility analysis.
• Ability to determine whether requirements result in Configurations or Customizations.
• Familiarity with Best Practices for Configurations or Customizations. Key Skills:
• ServiceNow technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
