Servicenow Project Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow professionals, assigning tasks and tracking progress, to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, using best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring adherence to set parameters.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to minimize project delays or disruptions.
• Create and present regular progress reports to relevant stakeholders, keeping them updated on project status, achievements, and challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement by conducting regular reviews of program processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and organizational policies throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Program Manager or in a similar leadership role within a ServiceNow environment.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering medium to large scale projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the aptitude to identify and resolve program-related issues.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator, are preferred but not mandatory.
