ServiceNow Specialist - IT Process Optimizer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document improvement opportunities, including functional design and process flow diagrams.
• Evaluate Service Management business processes and develop solutions to meet diverse business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge of Service Management and enhancements to ServiceNow functionality.
• Design and develop applications and add-ons for the ServiceNow platform, configuring workflow and customizing applications.
• Perform enhancement requests, upgrades, and installations of ServiceNow. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a technology-focused MBA, and/or comparable experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience delivering IT Integration, Outsourcing, Performance Consulting, or Management Consulting Services.
• A minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including high-impact client-facing communications. Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation (CIS) certifications in one or more product lines.
• Skills in workflow analysis, design, and process re-engineering principles.
• Client Scripts, ACLs, or providing general ServiceNow support and administration.
