About the Role
The Integrated Solutions team is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer and system integrator to design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions that meet business needs and comply with established standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions that meet business requirements.
- Development Unit Test Cases and Build Plans: Create and document development unit test cases and build plans to ensure quality assurance.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality assurance.
- Configuration and Customization: Develop, configure, customize, and maintain workflows, forms, fields, email notifications, and access controls.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations.
- Release Upgrades and Module Implementation: Support the implementation of ServiceNow release upgrades and new ServiceNow modules as needed.
- Business Rules and Scripting: Create and configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting.
- Integration and API Management: Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems and applications via APIs.
- Troubleshooting and Performance Enhancement: Troubleshoot platform performance issues and implement performance enhancements. Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Education and Certifications: University or College degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Application Developer are assets.
- ITIL/ITSM Processes: Thorough knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
- ServiceNow Functionality: In-depth understanding of ServiceNow functionality and how ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB (Configuration Management Database) Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Outage Module, and Service Portal modules.
- ServiceNow Experience: Solid experience (5+ years) designing, developing, testing, and implementing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation, customization, and maintenance of core applications.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail. Strong technical skills, including a solid understanding and relevant experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and operational skill sets, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and collaborate in a team environment. Benefits:
