ServiceNow Solutions Architect

About the Role

The Integrated Solutions team is seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst – ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Responsible for the creation and documentation of development unit test cases and build plans.
• Conduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality assurance.
• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain workflows, forms, fields, email notifications, and access controls.
• Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Support the implementation of ServiceNow release upgrades and new ServiceNow modules as needed.
• Create and configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting.
• Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems and applications via APIs.
• Troubleshoot platform performance issues and implement performance enhancements.
• Analyze both functional and non-functional requirements to provide accurate estimates for development efforts.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.
• Prepare reports on analyses and system performance.
• Provider customer-facing support to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies and issues.
