This role requires a seasoned ServiceNow professional to oversee the development of complex solutions using ServiceNow functionalities, integrations with other applications/services, and process design. About the Job
The Senior ServiceNow Product Owner will be responsible for managing highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, leading business partner and stakeholder discussions, and designing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications.
- Develop mission-critical process flows and solutions for business problems utilizing a People, Process, and Technology approach.
- Perform basic configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access control.
- Enter and ensure validity of data entered into established tables, fields, and system databases. Qualifications and Skills
We're looking for candidates with:
- A Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 12 years' work experience, with at least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and/or Product Ownership, and relevant experience in IT operations and/or delivery.
- Must be a ServiceNow subject matter expert.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience overseeing highly complex issues and applying advanced root cause analysis.
- Ability to strategize IT solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical topics into effective end-user and executive-level communications.
