ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Discovery and CMDB Solutions Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and operating cutting-edge processes and solutions for digitally representing the IT landscape across complex hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

This involves working across the Configuration Management space and participating in opportunities around Event Management and other projects aligned to ITOM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Discovery and CMDB solutions, with at least 5-7 years of experience managing or operating these solutions using enterprise-grade solutions (with a minimum of 3 years within the ServiceNow platform).

We value professionals who possess PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: Certified Implementation Specialist, and/or Certified System Administrator. Experience with data governance and automation, including their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions, is also highly sought after.
