Solution Developer - IT Service Management

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our IT service management solution on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Leading cross-functional teams during project phases
• Liaising with stakeholders to gather and socialize non-functional requirements and constraints
• Conducting key technology decision evaluations
• Collaborating with application, infrastructure, and security teams

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow implementations
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integration, and functionality

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Intermediate certification or higher
• Knowledge of networking, telecom, server environments, and related technologies
