Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support an implementation of the IT Service Management platform – ServiceNow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing user documentation from multiple repositories and repurpose into ServiceNow knowledgebase articles.

The accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to the ServiceNow implementation.

Assist with the integration of ServiceNow within existing platforms and tools.

Work closely with the ServiceNow project teams to populate the ServiceNow knowledge base according to specific organizational needs.

Evaluate the available documentation and assess its present validity for inclusion in the ServiceNow knowledge base.

Contribute to the overall ServiceNow implementation, focusing on the knowledge aspect.
