Key Responsibilities: "> ">

• Study and analyze the current ServiceNow system and its complexity">
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including risk management, policy and compliance management, audit management, and related modules">
• Analyze business requirements to develop customized solutions that meet organizational needs">
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document processes and procedures">
• Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules to address specific GRC requirements">
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams">
• Develop and maintain best practices and standards for implementations">
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration guides">

Qualifications: "> ">

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer">
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on GRC solutions">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment">
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts and frameworks">
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development">
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow scripting languages">
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)">
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC or relevant certifications is preferred
