About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software configuration and customization services.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment. They will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with IT and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing software configuration and customization services, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations
• Working closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting project deadlines

Requirements

• Active Secret or higher clearance
• 1+ years experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications
• 1+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5
• Generating detailed documentation
• Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
