ServiceNow Developer and Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow technical consultant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow applications and capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, and Service Portal, and be able to design and develop customized solutions to meet business needs.

They will also be proficient in creating business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions, as well as automating activities on the ServiceNow platform leveraging Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine.

Beyond technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure common ServiceNow applications and capabilities.
• Design and develop customized solutions to meet business needs.
• Create business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform leveraging Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
