Senior ServiceNow Developer PRISM seeks a highly capable Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and deploy technical solutions within our Washington, DC team. You will leverage your strong software engineering foundation and deep ServiceNow ITSM platform expertise to deliver impactful custom application development. A solution-driven mindset, coupled with excellent communication and documentation skills, is crucial for success in this on-site role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and release new ServiceNow application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
  • Deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform for internal employees.
  • Perform software configuration and customization: Flow design, administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party integrations.
  • Create integrations and automation between ServiceNow and other services using APIs and data integration processes.
  • Develop and maintain Service Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases.
  • Collaborate with the IT Service Management Team and business stakeholders.
  • Architect ServiceNow integrations (LDAP, SSO, Mid server, Web-services, Email) and participate in application sizing.
  • Execute technical configurations, application maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Design and maintain application security and data security functions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ServiceNow configuration.
  • Identify and implement platform improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining CMDB accuracy. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, Master's with 6+ years, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience customizing, administering, and configuring ServiceNow.
  • Proficient with HTML, Angular, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog and Service Portal.
  • Functional understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB within ServiceNow.
  • Experience creating and customizing core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Orchestration).
  • Prior experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications and adapting methods for complex problem-solving.
  • Ability to plan resource requirements.
  • Strong communication skills.
