Technical Lead for ServiceNow

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions from scratch. As a stream lead, you will drive the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, covering various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and more.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing ServiceNow functionalities, configuring and customizing workflows and processes to align with project objectives and organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and successfully implementing ServiceNow solutions, covering various modules and configurations.

This is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, covering various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and various integrations
• Establish ServiceNow functionalities, configure and customize workflows and processes to align with project objectives and organizational needs
• Lead and manage a team of professionals involved in the ServiceNow project, ensuring effective collaboration and timely project delivery
