CMDB Specialist

• *What We're Looking For:**

We are seeking an experienced IT ServiceNow Developer who has a strong understanding of CMDB management and discovery implementation. The ideal candidate will have CIS-Discovery certification/Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.

They should also be proficient in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, customizations) and have experience with ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST).

Responsibilities include:

• Design and configure CMDB and discovery processes within ServiceNow
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery to automatically detect and map IT assets
• Develop workflows, business rules, and customizations on the ServiceNow platform
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services
