ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our CMDB/Service Mapping experience and ensure accurate information about service configuration and related CIs is available. This includes developing, testing, and implementing infrastructure code to assist the team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and support ServiceNow Modules, process, and integrations using scripting, workflows, configuration, and integration hub.
• Design, deploy, and manage CMDB data management tools including Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
• Develop, document, implement, and maintain CMDB governance processes, procedures, and policies, monitoring CMDB health reports for continuous improvement.
• Drive features and functionality on the IT Asset Management capability to enable ITAM processes and show value.
• Create and maintain governance and support interdependencies between ITAM, APM, and CMDB across the ServiceNow platform.
