Key Responsibilities
- Lead a technical team and provide technical direction and expertise in ServiceNow
- Identify and mitigate development risks by researching, designing ideas, and contributing to the development process
- Design and update ServiceNow portal front-end components
- Work with clients to shape the technical direction and provide an understanding of various technical approaches
The position is located in Fairfax, VA, but a hybrid working model is acceptable. The candidate must be willing to work two days per week in the office.
