Key Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Project Lead Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Providing sophisticated analysis and interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Directly affecting the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services.
  • Operating with a limited level of direct supervision, assessing risk, and driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a strategic SME for the ServiceNow CSM platform.
  • Fully knowledge of the day-to-day activities of ServiceNow CSM and relevant modules.
  • A comprehensive understanding of how ServiceNow CSM supports customer service management and integrates with operations to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
