Configuration and Customization Specialist - ServiceNow

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software configuration and customization services.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing software configuration and customization services, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations
• Working closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting project deadlines

Requirements

• Active Secret or higher clearance
• 1+ years experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications
• 1+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5
• Generating detailed documentation
• Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
