ServiceNow Administrator and Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of major IT incidents, coordinating rapid response efforts and documenting resolution steps.
• Drive incident response efforts to restore service operations swiftly and communicate timely updates to stakeholders.
• Document incident timelines, resolution efforts, and outcomes thoroughly in ServiceNow. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related IT field (or HS diploma with additional experience).
• Strong ServiceNow administrative experience, including workflow and scripting capabilities.
• PMP Certification and understanding of infrastructure technologies are a plus.
