Senior ServiceNow Professional

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Professional to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex Servicenow solutions across various modules.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing Servicenow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, creating and managing custom applications, workflows, and system integrations, and evaluating the quality, performance, and efficiency of Servicenow configurations and development.

You will also be responsible for staying up to date on platform updates and emerging capabilities, proposing system enhancements, identifying opportunities for process improvement using Servicenow features, and supporting Agile development methodologies and contributing to DevOps initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Servicenow platform across various modules.
• Proven technical expertise in designing and implementing Servicenow solutions.
• Active Servicenow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Active ITIL Foundations certification (v3 or later).
• Strong background in object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design best practices.
