Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead - ServiceNow Implementation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the ServiceNow platform across all global locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow implementation team to design and implement the ServiceNow configuration.
• Develop technical solutions and perform component integration tests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design effective solutions.
• Provide expertise on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Configure changes using ServiceNow scripting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
