Job Description:
Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of product management experience creating, prioritizing, and recommending features/user stories for ServiceNow Products. They should also have 2+ years' experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and HRSD products and capabilities.
The role requires experience working in an Agile/Scrum team, strong communication skills, and excellent presentation skills. Additionally, the candidate should be able to demonstrate team player qualities, expert relationship management skills, and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews to obtain an understanding of customers' business challenges and/or objectives.
- Create and manage the backlog of features, ensuring they are in alignment with customer success criteria and desired outcomes.
- Assess business value and prioritize features to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value.
- Continually make recommendations and refinements to the product backlog based on learnings.
- Provide support to product owners, ensuring user stories are properly prepared and executed.
