Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to serve as a technical lead for our CMDB implementation. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow and its capabilities, particularly in the areas of configuration management and service mapping.

This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing our CMDB, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our organizational goals. They will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, including architects, developers, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ServiceNow, including its data model, workflows, and reporting capabilities. They will also possess strong technical skills, including database design, programming languages, and cloud computing.
