IT Project Lead - ServiceNow Implementation

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our ServiceNow implementation project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, particularly in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ServiceNow configuration and implementation, particularly for ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules. They will also have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project execution. They will also identify opportunities for process improvement in project management methodologies, ServiceNow integrations, and system optimization.
