We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT service management solutions using ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing various IT service management processes, including incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management, and service catalog. You should also have expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, orchestration, operational activities, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IT service management solutions using ServiceNow
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
• Evaluate tool stability and performance and provide recommendations
• Participate in planning meetings and provide feedback

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management
• Proven track record of implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
• Excellent communication and project management skills
