We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow UX and UI Expert to join our team.
This role involves designing and developing custom ServiceNow portals from scratch, creating complex pages and widgets based on provided designs and client needs.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, with 2+ years in custom service portal development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Service Portal Development: Design and develop custom ServiceNow portals, ensuring UI consistency across pages and troubleshooting performance issues.
- Technical Expertise & Implementation: Work closely with project teams and clients to configure custom workflows, tables, forms, and modules.
- System Integration & Automation: Design and implement REST API integrations for seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Documentation & Support: Produce thorough design documentation, well-documented code, and unit test plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with ServiceNow UI/UX trends and innovations.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with integrations, platform configuration, design, and deployment on ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with coding, preferably JavaScript.
- ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
- Understanding of the ITIL framework is a plus.
