Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the client's team on ServiceNow platform-related issues.

You will work independently to manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues, develop and maintain a strong understanding of ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
