IT Portfolio Manager with ServiceNow Experience

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a IT Portfolio Manager with ServiceNow Experience. You will be responsible for managing the IT portfolio, including resource allocation, budgeting, and prioritization. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT portfolio, including resource allocation, budgeting, and prioritization.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, using JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML, and Surveys/Assessments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with financial, project accounting systems, application portfolio management inventory tools, and web services/JDBC integration experience.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, applying your technical skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results. Requirements:

• Expert-level knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches, including Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – Project, Cost, Resource, Timecards.
• Good understanding of SDLC Frameworks and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches, including Scrum, SAFe.
• Certified in Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in Application Portfolio Management or Project Portfolio Management modules.
• Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology and basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards.
